You are about to embark on the best adventure of your life. Marriage!!! We believe eloping is the most connective, emotive way to say ‘I do’ and we are so excited that you are here! Eloping can be done in so many ways and we are here to help you have the most amazing day ever that is perfect for just you two and your love story!! We stand behind elopements because they can truly be a reflection of the journey of marriage. These big adventures make you support each other, encourage each other and leave you with a lifetime of memories.

Nice to meet ya! We are Traci and Bill, a husband and wife team, we are so stoked that you’re considering us as your photographers, videographers, planners and/or officiant!!!

Here you are not hiring wedding photographers. You are hiring adventure elopement photographers, that know how to get amongst it. Marriage is so important to us and we want every couple to be able to start their marriage off in a meaningful way to them. It is important to make sure we are a good fit for each other as we start this journey.

While taking photos is the most important job, it is not the only hat we proudly wear for our couples and we are 110% committed to helping you make your day reflect your relationship! We will end up being your assistant planner, friend and help along the way! Yes, we are there for all the loud, quiet, happy, emotional and in between moments. We strive to provide a creative, honest & memorable experience for all of our clients by creating authentic moments rather than ‘posed smile at the camera’ shots! We want you to walk away with stunning images that tell your story and memories to last forever.

We are here with you every step of the way in planning and on the trail for the best day of your lives <3

There are a few very important things we believe here at Adventure + Vow

– We believe this is the most important day to authentically be you!

– We are here to help you all of the way! From planning with family, or no family. Connecting with the right vendors. Finding the PERFECT nook to celebrate this special day.

– We are STOKED on the adventure. So if you want to hike, climb, rappel, off road, helicopter, slack line, swim, boat, ride in a hot air balloon, ride in a plane we are ready. Whatever you want to do, we will help you figure out all of the logistics and be with you 100% of the way. We know what it takes and how to plan those big adventures that lead into your elopement, so we are here to help in all the logistics that may seem impossible.

– You two have your own love language and we want you to be true to who you two are as a couple. We are here to document your love and we do this by getting to know you two through questionnaires and Zoom calls. Eloping is not a photo shoot, it’s an adventure together.

Perfect. That’s the first word that comes to mind when my partner and I reflect on our adventure elopement. And with Traci and Bill, we couldn’t have asked for two better people to help us make that happen.
As an eloping couple, you’ll be spending more of your special day with your photographers than you will with anyone else. You want things to be completely comfortable so you can be completely present with your partner on your special day. For us, Traci and Bill were more than just our photographers that day: they were our hiking buddies, keeping us company and in good spirits all the way through our ambitious 19 mile journey; making sure we never got off path (especially at night!) and reassuring us about time (which was never a worry due to Traci’s meticulous planning and timeline); they were our (much needed) extra pair of hands for all the little things, like buttoning up the back of a wedding dress, or carrying the train, or fluffing it just right for a photo; finally, they were our very own cheerleaders, cementing our special moments with warm words, encouragement, and congratulations.
Of course, there are a bunch of other things that make Traci and Bill such a great team. Namely, as a team, they can do things that a single photographer simply can’t, like shooting different coverage at the same time, and even from separate locations. For example, we did some shots where Traci was photographing us from afar (far enough that they could only communicate via walkie talkie), while Bill stayed with us to shoot up close and to also tell us how Traci wanted us positioned for her own shots. Getting that kind of coverage during magic hour when the light is just right put our minds at ease that we would definitely get some great pictures. We weren’t disappointed!

Want to add video?

We offer a 3-5 minute highlight reel that you can add onto any of your photography packages!

No matter which photography package you have booked the video add on is a flat rate of $1800.

Video is a great way to share your elopement day with your friends + family who were not there, but also a great way for you to look back on your own at your day + vows throughout the years.

Our video packages include: choice of music that allows usage rights, voice recording of your ceremony and/or vows for the video if desired, and the 3-5 minute reel. Some couples prefer to keep that private and just use music or something different for a voice recording like sharing their story or a poem.

“It’s hard to even know where to start. I fell in love with Traci’s work. I loved the way she captures the majesty of the scenery while keeping the focus on the beauty of two souls committing to a lifetime together. I looked at her portfolio and her Instagram and I could tell she was a fun, laid back kind of person I’d get along with. But more importantly, things she said really resonated with me and my feelings about marriage and nuptials. I was amazed when she was available for the weekend we were looking to get married and that settled it, it was meant to be, and we would elope in Washington!

My fiance and I had both just started new jobs, so I was so happy she helped us find a waterfall close to Seattle so we could squeeze our dreamy ceremony into just a weekend. I had thought I was hiring her to just take photos and edit them into a gallery, but she was so much more than a photographer! She helped us find vendors, researched locations, called and found out all the permit information, created a timeline, arrived hours before us to scout out the best shots and even saved us a parking spot while we were en route! She is also an officiant, so she signed our license for us so that we could self-solemnize our wedding. She checked in with us frequently in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and the whole day was carefree and fun thanks to having her as a guide. I was already satisfied with Traci before even seeing the pictures.

Less than 2 weeks after our elopement, I was surprised when Traci sent us our gallery! I knew she’d had a lot of big events before and after our elopement, so I hadn’t expected them so soon. I was literally crying, they were so touching. She had captured so many beautiful moments, the memories came rushing back. I cannot recommend Traci enough!” – Lisa
